Mixed experience
Ordered couple of times from nurserylive. The items delivered for the first order was quite satisfactory. But they totally disappointed with the next order, 4 out of 6 items were received dead.

Not customer friendly service
I was expecting a good product, but to my surprise, the product received was in a damaged condition. I instantly lodged a ticket regarding this in the portal, along with sharing photographs, but no solution was offered by them. I have been told to wait for 15-20 days so that the flower plant will regenerate again, but nothing of the sort happened. The service is very poor; there is no proper reply, no contact number, and various emails have been left unanswered.
It seems they are only bothered about earning money and not about service. I won't recommend anyone to buy a product from this site.

Damaged product and no response
I had aa disappointing experience with a plant order. The plant arrived in a damaged condition, which was disappointing enough, but my frustration was compounded by the lack of customer support.
I reached out via email and watsapp but I never received any response. Additionally, there was no valid customer care number to call for assistance.
This lack of communication and support is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service. I hope they address these issues promptly to improve their service and customer satisfaction.

No service & no number to contact them.
They give coupon code to apply, after order is confirmed they send a mail saying order is canceled & then coupon code becomes unavailable to use next time plus referring them to other person also don't give us free plants.
The cust no. we get is also not available to call & automated bot reply on mail no humans reply on it.

Plants received are of very bad quality and destroyed during transit.
The delivery person does not know what is there in the box so they are careless about the plant. I ordered three plants and two of them were in very bad shape even the soil came out from the pot.
Very bad experience.
It was my first time from nursery live. Would not recommend it to anyone.

They charge Rs 80 for delivery and the delivery is too slow. They dispatch the items after 8-10 days and it takes 10-14 days to get your package.
The customer support is the worst. They don't respond well and even if they do, they respond after 14-20 days.
