Not customer friendly service

I have ordered a flower plant bearing the order number NLV141174****. The same was delivered after 15 days.

I was expecting a good product, but to my surprise, the product received was in a damaged condition. I instantly lodged a ticket regarding this in the portal, along with sharing photographs, but no solution was offered by them. I have been told to wait for 15-20 days so that the flower plant will regenerate again, but nothing of the sort happened. The service is very poor; there is no proper reply, no contact number, and various emails have been left unanswered.

It seems they are only bothered about earning money and not about service. I won't recommend anyone to buy a product from this site.

I had aa disappointing experience with a plant order. The plant arrived in a damaged condition, which was disappointing enough, but my frustration was compounded by the lack of customer support.

I reached out via email and watsapp but I never received any response. Additionally, there was no valid customer care number to call for assistance.

This lack of communication and support is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service. I hope they address these issues promptly to improve their service and customer satisfaction.

They charge Rs 80 for delivery and the delivery is too slow. They dispatch the items after 8-10 days and it takes 10-14 days to get your package.

The customer support is the worst. They don't respond well and even if they do, they respond after 14-20 days.

I never received any call from the courier service for my ordered products

I ordered plants online 1 month back and never got products delivered

And also I have never got a call from any courier service, to refuse the call

However owner has closed my

complaint stating I refused to take call and couldn't refund the money

So now neither I received the product not the money.

So my money is gone and I am under loss

Full of fraud - Avoid NurseryLive please

Very very bad experience. I ordered 4 verigated Jade and after 10 days, today I got 1-2 leaves tiny and damaged money plant (which I not even ordered) and which were not worth even Rs.

10 each. It seemed they plugged one small branch from a money plant and put it in a small 3" poor quality plastic pot with some soil and sent it. This did not survive even the delivery time.

I paid Rs. 600+ for this?

I could have got much better locally for 1/10th the cost. What I ordered and what I got! Full fraud. They are cheating and have no ethics.

There is no review of what is the order and what they sending.

Extremely disappointed. Beware please. Go to your local nursery and you would be much happy and can get better quality and cheaper and will not get cheated too.

I regret my decision to order . Please be careful.I dont want anyone else to get cheated.

I have ordered 3 weeks before 3 layer lucky bamboo plant. I have not recieved it yet.

Customer care number given in Google is invalid and there is no other contact apart from that also no response on the emails sent.
